COVID-19 Resource Relief FAQ's

  • I applied and haven't heard anything. 

    • You will only hear from us if you have been approved to receive relief. We do our best to deliver approvals within 7-10 business days of receiving applications. If you have not heard from us after 10 days, please click here.

  • I was approved for a *physical* gift card. Why haven't I received it yet?

    • We place orders for all gift cards (physical and e-gift cards) weekly. You should expect to receive your gift card within 20 business days from the day you received your approval email. If it has been beyond 20 business days, please respond to your approval email letting us know. *PLEASE NOTE* the automatic email you receive after submitting your application, is NOT an approval email. If you are approved, you will receive an approval email with the subject: "YOU HAVE BEEN APPROVED FOR COVID-19 RESOURCE RELIEF"

  • I was approved for an *e-gift* card. Why haven't I received it yet?

    • We place all gift card orders on a weekly basis. Your e-gift card will be coming from perfectgift.com. Please allow 7 business days from the date of your approval email for the e-gift to be received, and make sure to also check your spam folder before contacting us.

  • Will I receive tracking information for my gift card?

    • No. At this time, we are unable to provide tracking information for physical gift cards.

  • I applied for COVID-19 Resource Relief and never heard anything. 

    • If you applied for assistance and never head anything from us, one of the following has happened: ​

      • The email address you supplied was incorrect.​

      • You did not submit the correct form of proof of disability. 

      • Any correspondence we would have sent to you could be in your spam folder. 

      • Your proof of disability did not have an appropriate doctor's signature or doctor's letterhead visible. 

      • If you have not heard from us and think there is an error, you may re-apply for assistance.

  • How many gift cards may I apply for per household?

    • At this time, we are approving one gift card per household.

  • What can I use as a proof of disability/diagnosis?

    • Proof of diagnosis/disability with the applicants name clearly visible, is required (e.g. Doctor’s Note, Medical History Summary).

  • Why don't you accept social security income statements as proof of disability? 

    • Due to an issue we encountered in 2020 with fraudulent Social Security Income Statements​, we have decided to no longer accept the statements as proof of disability in an effort to help as many people as we possibly can. 

  • I have already received COVID-19 Resource Relief. When can I re-apply?

    • You can re-apply for relief 6 months after your approval email was received.

  • The application is closed. When will it reopen?

    • We set limits on the application in order to ensure we are reviewing all pending applications in a timely manner.

    • We will reopen the applications as soon possible once all pending applications have been reviewed.

    • ​If we permanently close the application, we will include those details on the application page.
