If you already have the LAMN app, make sure you have the most recent version downloaded to enjoy all the perks! How to create your team in the LAMN App:

If you haven't already, you can download the LAMN app using the buttons above.

Once you've downloaded the app and created your account, click the "Team" tab to create your team!

Once you create your team through the app, you can share your unique link to get friends and family to sign up!

If you have any questions about your team, share code, or anything related to the app, please click here!

Make a post on your social media about LAMN and why you support the Virtual Run, Walk, and Roll!

Sample post: "Laughing at My Nightmare is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to empowering the disability community by providing adaptive equipment and higher education support. Join me in making a difference—join my Virtual Run, Walk, and Roll Team to help restore comfort and independence!"
Already signed up for the Virtual Run, Walk, and Roll online but want to download the app?

Individual registrants who have already signed up can still download and use the app.

Make sure set up your app account using the same email address you used to sign up for the Virtual Run Walk, and Roll to ensure your registration will be recognized.
