Sarah Burcaw is the cofounder of Laughing at My Nightmare. She is also the proud cousin and best friend of LAMN President and cofounder, Shane Burcaw. In 2015, Sarah became the active Director of Development for Laughing at My Nightmare and now works to raise funds each year to propel LAMN’s programs which are focused on supplying equipment to people living with disabilities, and offering an inclusivity-based program to elementary school students.

Laura has recently started working for LAMN as the Assistant Director of Development. She graduated from Lock Haven University with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. She brings her experience in fundraising and nonprofit administration to this role. Outside of work, she enjoys playing piano, reading, cooking, and spending time with her husband, Andrew.

Mary is working towards a bachelor's degree at the University of North Texas Dallas for the Human Service Management and Leadership program with a minor in Gerontology. One of her main passions is fair representation of all people no matter age, race, gender or disability. In her free time she enjoys cooking, reading, listening to the "Becoming Something" podcast and spending time with friends, and family.
