What it looks like to be on the LAMN board:

• Attend 4 quarterly virtual board meetings per year. These meetings review how we're doing for the year (ie revenue, expenses, etc.), new program modifications that need to be voted upon, and general updates. These meetings typically run 1-1.5 hours.

• We ask that each member joins one of our 3 committees: 

  • No More Nightmares (monthly time commitment 3 hours)- Review equipment applications with the guidance of LAMN management as they're received and help choose grant recipients based on need and resources available.

  • Events (Quarterly time commitment 3-6 hours depending on planned events)- Help with the planning and implementing of LAMN fundraising events- (ie: annual 5k, end of year gala, etc.)

  • Finance (Quarterly time commitment 2 hours)- Review all budgets and quarterly reports to help determine the performance of LAMN fundraising efforts.

• We do request a $100 donation per year to LAMN (this can be made at any time and/or in increments) from each member.

• Board terms are 3 years, and you can re-up once (total of 6 years).
